Stavely was <br />first appointed in 2001 atter being a partner at the law firm of <br />Chrisman, Bynum & Johnson and a municipal judge for Louisville.. <br />Sta ely s retirtiement will open up a judgeship in the 2oth Judicial <br />District Applicants must live in Boulder County and have been <br />practicing law in Colorado for five year. The annual salary- for the <br />position is $t,52,46.6, and the initial term will be a two-year <br />provisional term. <br />Application forms are available from the office of the ex officio <br />chair of the nominating commission, Justice MonicaM. Marquez, 2 E. i4.th Ave. in Denver and the <br />office of the district administrator} Amy Waddle, 1,77 Sixth St. in Boulder. Applications also are <br />available online at courts.state.co.us/Careers/rJudge.cfm. <br />The deadline for applications is Aug. 12. The loth Judicial District Nominating Commission will <br />meet on. Aug. 31 to interview and select nominees. Gov.
