Summarize your experience presiding over or serving as an advocate in adversary <br />proceedings before administrative boards or commissions. <br />I appeared as counsel before a hearing officer in 2 unemployment insurance proceedings. <br />Though not strictly adversarial, I also appeared on behalf of property owners before <br />planning commissions and city councils regarding development proposals. As a former <br />municipal attorney, I also represented such boards and commissions, namely the Town of <br />Superior Planning Commission, between approximately 2002 and 2005. I also appeared on <br />behalf of the Town of Superior prosecuting liquor code violations before the local liquor <br />authority. <br />13.
