Howard moved that Council instruct the City Attorney to look at the possibility of having some kind of policy for bid offerings above $5,000. Seconded by Lathrop. All in favor. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT Acting City Attorney, Tami Tanoue, passed out to Council a copy of the complaint that was filed by the homebuilders's in the Boulder County Impact Fee case for their information. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT Acting City Administrator, Sharon Asti-Caranci, passed out a tentative 1995 Budget Calendar for Council's information. She also passed out a letter she had received from Boulder's City Manager asking Louisville to join them in taking a comprehensive look at the future of U.S. 36. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS Mayer wondered if there was an update on the city's financial position with Club Homes. Sharon Asti-Caranci, acting City Attorney, had just received them and would be turning them over to the City Attorney tomorrow. Council would have a report soon. Sisk had attended a meeting on the school impact fees, which was attended by all municipalities except Lafayette or any member of the Boulder Valley RE-1 School Board, and they'll be meeting again in July for further discussion on making a recommendation to the School District. Davidson stated that he and Tom Phare, Public Works Director, would be meeting with Superior to discuss access with the Biella/Menkick property. He announced that there is a new park being built in Louisville behind the Middle School and he suggested that it be named for Lawrence Enrietto, who had given so much to the community.
