Howard moved that Council instruct the City Attorney to look at the possibility of having some kind <br />of policy for bid offerings above $5,000. Seconded by Lathrop. All in favor. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Acting City Attorney, Tami Tanoue, passed out to Council a copy of the complaint that was filed by <br />the homebuilders's in the Boulder County Impact Fee case for their information. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Acting City Administrator, Sharon Asti-Caranci, passed out a tentative 1995 Budget Calendar for <br />Council's information. She also passed out a letter she had received from Boulder's City Manager <br />asking Louisville to join them in taking a comprehensive look at the future of U.S. 36. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Mayer wondered if there was an update on the city's financial position with Club Homes. <br /> <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, acting City Attorney, had just received them and would be turning them over <br />to the City Attorney tomorrow. Council would have a report soon. <br /> <br />Sisk had attended a meeting on the school impact fees, which was attended by all municipalities <br />except Lafayette or any member of the Boulder Valley RE-1 School Board, and they'll be meeting <br />again in July for further discussion on making a recommendation to the School District. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that he and Tom Phare, Public Works Director, would be meeting with Superior to <br />discuss access with the Biella/Menkick property. He announced that there is a new park being built <br />in Louisville behind the Middle School and he suggested that it be named for Lawrence Enrietto, who <br />had given so much to the community. <br /> <br />Council agreed. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> Davidson moved that Council adjourn (10:14 p.m.).
