He asked for a better process for future <br />construction. <br />Debby Fahey, 1118 W. Enclave Circle thanked Public Works for the good work on <br />McCaslin Boulevard. She asked why there are still work zone signs on Hwy. 36. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle called for changes to the consent agenda and hearing none, moved to <br />approve the consent agenda, seconded by Council member Leh. Award Bid for 2016 Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Council member Loo asked for an announcement on quiet zones and thanked those <br />involved in making it happen. Mayor Muckle noted there was money set aside for <br />improvements on the Northwest Rail which can be used for quiet zones at railroad <br />crossings. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming reported on the following: <br />• Work on Hwy. 36 is continuing at night. <br />• Will take a look at Spruce Street construction to minimize impact to residents <br />
