The majority of landscaping has been planted for the McCaslin IGA. There have been some issues and
the City is holding payment to CDOT until those issues have been corrected. There was discussion about
the RTD stop/walkway. It was suggested that a sign be posted to warn pedestrians exiting the bus about
oncoming bike riders on the walkway.

It was suggested that Superior’s appointed trustee remain the voting board member for the library IGA.
Town Manager Magley stated that Downtown Superior has an area reserved for a civic space, which will
most likely be a library. He added that the Town will try to design a facility that is complementary to
Louisville’s library.

There will be a future amendment to the Downtown Superior development plan for Campus Drive from
the Town Center to the nearby hospital. It was determined that the City would consider adding the cost
of the project to its capital improvement program and/or it will look at grant opportunities. It was
mentioned that a slip ramp to the hospital from 36 should also be considered.

The last site visit to the Phillips 66 property was 6 months ago. The seller has not lowered the price of
the property. An RFP for redevelopment of the Sam’s Club property was issued. There was one response
from King Soopers. A development agreement is pending. The City’s Planning Commission is currently
considering the McCaslin Small Area Plan. City Council is set to review the plan in late October.

The Superior Board approved ballot language for Senate Bill 152. The next step is likely a study for
broadband next year. There may be interest by both cities to be involved in the study.
