COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br /> NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - ITALIAN HERITAGE WEEK - AUGUST 15 - 21, 1994 <br /> <br />Davidson read the proclamation, which was mailed to Raymond Caranci. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 42 - PLEDGING THE SUPPORT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A <br />CHAPTER OF JAYCEES IN THE LOUISVILLE/LAFAYETTE AREA <br /> <br />Davidson read Resolution No. 42 and presented it to Judy French. <br /> <br />French stated that their charter membership was beginning with 30 members. She thanked Council <br />for their support. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - PONDEROSA SUBDIVISION - BREACH OF SUBDIVISION <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, acting City Administrator, read a summary of the city's history with Ponderosa <br />Subdivision Agreement. <br /> <br />Ted Snow, 511 Eisenhower Drive, Louisville, Colorado, President of the Ponderosa Pines <br />Homeowner's Association, pledged the homeowner's support of the city in resolving these issues. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions. <br /> <br />Levihn: <br /> <br />Is there no penalty fee or interest, if we advance this <br />money for completing the project? Can you penalize <br />him later and recoup some of the fees for taking <br />money fi.om one area and giving it to him to complete <br />his project? <br /> <br />Asti-Caranci stated that the city would not be giving the developer money to complete these items, <br />as the city would be completing these items. <br /> <br />Levihn: <br /> <br />We're advancing $4,432. <br /> <br /> <br />
