1E, <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1.878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 14, 2016 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Pritchard called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Chris Pritchard, Chairman <br />Cary Tengler, Vice Chairman <br />Ann O'Connell, Secretary <br />Steve Brauneis <br />Jeff Moline <br />Tom Rice <br />David Hsu <br />Commission Members Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Scott Robinson, Planner II <br />Lauren Trice, Planner <br />Aaron DeJong, Economic Development Director <br />Approval of Agenda: <br />Moline moved and Brauneis seconded a motion to approve the April 14, 2016 agenda. Motion <br />passed by voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes: <br />Hsu mentioned corrections to vote tally from 6-0 to 6-1 for two resolutions. Brauneis moved <br />and O'Connell seconded a motion to approve the March 10, 2016 minutes. Motion passed by <br />voice vote. <br />Public Comments: Items not on the Agenda <br />None. <br />Regular Business: <br />> Coal Creek Station Final PUD: Resolution No. 08, Series 2016.
