Tengler abstains. <br />Public Comments: Items not on the Agenda <br />None. <br />Regular Business: <br />➢ Balfour Senior Living PIatIPUD Amendment, Resolution No. 14, Series 2016. A <br />request for a final Plat and planned unit development (PUD) to allow for a new 54 -unit <br />Assisted Living Community. Continue to July 14, 2016 <br />Applicant, Owner, and Representative: Balfour Senior Living (Hunter MacLeod) <br />Case Manager: Lauren Trice, Planner I <br />Robinson presents. Staff is continuing to work with the applicant to refine the design of the <br />proposal. The applicant has asked for another month. Zuccaro says the applicant is on track for <br />the July meeting. Staff is working with the applicant on resubmittal. <br />Motion made by Moline to continue Balfour Senior Living Plat/PUD Amendment, Resolution No. <br />14, Series 2016, seconded by Tengler.
