EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, requested that Council enter into an Executive Session for the <br />purposes of receiving legal advice on two separate matters requiring a separate vote on each. <br /> <br />The pending Louisview Corporation annexation and zoning request; <br />The pending McStain Townhome development referred to as Centennial II. <br /> <br />Griffiths stated that the attorneys for both of these applicants have threatened lawsuits against the city <br />if the applications are not approved. <br /> <br />Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk, read the appropriate statement (SEE ATTACHED). <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council go into Executive Session for the Louisview issue. Seconded by <br />Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council go into Executive Session for the McStain issue. Seconded by Sisk. <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />Council adjourned to Executive Session <br /> <br />Council returned from Executive Session. Davidson called the meeting back to order. <br /> <br />Ca/friths stated that during the Executive Session she provided legal advice to Council on the process <br />to be followed in considering the Louisview annexation and zoning and in consideration of the <br />McStain Townhome development, referred to as Centennial II. The merits of both of those matters <br />were not discussed.
