All in favor. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />APPROVAL OF SAVAGE PROPERTY EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD BID - TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION, SOUTH <br /> BOULDER ROADNIA APPIA <br />AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE PARKS MAINTENANCE VEHICLES <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for public comments on items not on the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br /> NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Howard informed Council that he was the first purchaser of the historical Louisville video. <br /> <br />Levihn congratulated Steve Baysinger, Parks & Recreation Director, on being installed as President <br />of the Colorado Parks & Recreation Association. <br /> <br />Sisk wished Chris Miller, Assistant to the City Administrator, well in his new position as City <br />Manager in Lamar, Colorado. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />PRESENTATION - GOLD METAL AWARD - STEVE BAYSINGER, PARKS & <br />RECREATION DIRECTOR <br /> <br />Steve Baysinger, Park & Recreation Director, introduced Dr. Kent Blumenthal, Western Regional <br />Director of the National Parks & Recreation Association based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. <br /> <br />Dr. Blumenthal presented the National Gold Metal Award to Steve Baysinger and the City of <br />Louisville for the many outstanding examples of excellence in the field of park and recreation <br />management under the direction of Steve Baysinger. He commented that several hundred public <br />agencies apply annually for this national award. Only the best are selected after a long and tedious <br />nomination and review process. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
