Mayer was not sure the $105,000 for City Hall expansion planning and construction would be <br />required for 1995 or that the $850,000 would be required for the new police building or City Hall. <br /> <br />Asti-Caranci stated that the first step would be the space-needs analysis, which will determine how <br />much planning, design, and construction will cost. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council adopt Resolution No. 58, Series 1994.
