Sharon Asti-Caranci, Acting City Administrator/City Clerk read the appropriate document (SEE <br />ATTACHED). <br /> <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />REPORT ON EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Mayer stated that they consulted with the attorney concerning the Marshall transfers. <br /> <br />Sisk clarified that this discussion was scheduled as a result of the sub-committee's concerns about the <br />attorney's fees that had been discussed for several months. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/UPDATE - STATUS OF COMPLIANCE OF EXPLOSIVE FABRICATORS, <br />INC. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated in his update that Explosive Fabricators will be moving their <br />administrative operations to Lafayette, which will reduce the number of employees to 47. At the end <br />of the year they will remove both modular units on the north side of their office, which will open up <br />12 additional parking spaces on site, making the total number of parking spaces 56. <br /> <br />Ed Reinke, Explosive Fabricators, Director of Operations, Courtesy Road, Louisville, Colorado, <br />stated that they would be moving sales and administration to Lafayette. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions. <br /> <br />Mayer (INAUDIBLE) <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council direct staff to amend the PUD administratively to remove the modular <br />office structure and incorporate the additional parking. Seconded by Sisk. All in favor with Howard <br />being absent. <br /> <br />MCSTAIN ENTERPRISE'S CENTENNIAL II DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Davidson reported they (Mayer, Davidson, and Paul Wood) had met with representatives from <br />McStain and were able to reach a compromise. It was a recommendation from Public Works that <br />access on to Via Appia not be an emergency only access. The agreement was for 48 single family <br />homes on a minimum of 5,000 s.f. lots. <br /> <br />Mayer wanted the access to Via Appia not be a full turning access. <br /> <br />Tom Hoyt, President of McStain Enterprises, 75 Manhattan Drive, Boulder, Colorado, stated that <br />what they are proposing is similar to Pine Street Park. <br /> <br /> <br />
