RESOLUTION NO. 56 <br />SERIES 2016 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN FOR LOTS 2A & 3A, BLOCK 4, BUSINESS CENTER <br />AT CTC TO CONSTRUCT A 6,267 SF ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of an amendment to the final planned unit development (PUD) <br />plan for Lots 2A & 3A, Block 4, Business Center at CTC to construct a 6,267 SF <br />addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable <br />sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, including the review criteria in section <br />17.28.120; and; <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on October 13, 2016, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated October 13, 2016, the Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the PUD amendment for Lots 2A & 3A, Block 4, <br />Business Center at CTC, located at 197 S 104th St, with no conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve an amendment to the final planned unit development <br />(PUD) plan for Lots 2A & 3A, Block 4, Business Center at CTC to construct a 6,267 SF <br />addition. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 2016. <br />By: <br />/10(P A,,,,,t,L_ <br />obert P.
