Board of Adjustment <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 19, 2016 <br />Page 2 of 16 <br />➢ 749 Wildrose Way — Variance Request — An after -the -fact variance from Section <br />17.16.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) for relief from rear accessory setback <br />requirements to permit a previously constructed pergola. Case #16 -027 -VA <br />Applicant & Owner: Greg Godec, 749 Wildrose Way <br />Case Manager: Scott Robinson, Senior Planner <br />Meseck asked for verification of proper public notice. <br />Public Notice Certification: <br />Posted in City Hall, Public Library, Recreation Center, and the Courts and Police Building and <br />mailed to surrounding property owners on July 29, 2016, published in the Boulder Daily Camera <br />on July 31, 2016, and property posted on July 29, 2106. This matter was continued at the <br />August and September BOA meetings to tonight. <br />Malmquist moved and DeJong seconded a motion that all requirements have been satisfied <br />and the application submitted by the applicants has been properly filed. Motion passed by <br />unanimous voice vote. <br />Meseck asked for disclosures from the board members for any site visits, ex parte <br />communications, and any conflicts of interest or required disclosures on the application. <br />Campbell did a site visit, had no ex parte communications, and has no conflicts of interest for <br />the application. <br />Malmquist did a site visit, had no ex parte communications, and has no conflicts of interest for <br />the application. <br />DeJong did no site visit, had no ex parte communications, and has no conflicts of interest for <br />the application. <br />Meseck did a site visit, ha• •arte communications, and has no conflicts of interest for the <br />application. <br />Stuart did a site visit o ex p.a "e communications, and has no conflicts of interest for the <br />application. <br />Ewy did a site visit, o ex pa to communicat , and has no conflicts of interest for the <br />application. <br />Mesec ican . ey were ready o proceed with the hearing.
