What is left can be used to reimburse the
Warembourg property purchase.

Davidson called for Council questions.

Mayer wanted the auditor's opinion of, if the city should have a 25% reserve in the General Fund.

Davidson preferred the repayment of the Warembourg purchase as it is shown on the ordinance.

Howard moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1174, Series 1994, on first reading and set a public
heating for December 20, 1994. Seconded by Keany. All in favor.

ORDINANCE NO. 1165, SERIES 1994 - LOUISVIEW CORPORATION- GATEWAY
ANNEXATION - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (REQUEST TO CONTINUE TO
12/20/94)

Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1165, Series 1994, "An ordinance annexing to the City of
Louisville, Colorado, the property located in the north half of Section 7, Township 1 south, Range
69 west, south of South Boulder Road and west of Washington Avenue."

Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that his comments would cover both Ordinance No. 1165 and
Ordinance No. 1166, Series 1994. Staff had been notified by the Louisville Times that one of the
publication dates were missed, therefore they amended the publication date to December 7, 1994, and
they requested a continuance of the second reading to December 20, 1994.

Davidson called for Council questions.

Mayer wanted to know why the publication date was missed.

Wood stated that it was just human error.
