Heritage Filing 2 <br /> GENERAL NOTES: <br /> 1. All bearings shown hereon are based on the Zoning Plat to the City of <br /> Louisville, Hocheder Property. <br /> 2. This symbol • indicates a 5/8 rebar with cap with L.S. No. 2432. <br /> 3. All easements are shown and are for utility and drainage purposes and unless <br /> otherwise shown are dimensioned as follows: <br /> On rear lot lines - 8' <br /> On side lot lines - 5' <br /> 4. All block corner radii are 15' . <br /> 5. Dimensions on corner lots are to the point of intersection of lot lines <br /> extended. <br /> 6.
