Hillsborough North <br /> GENERAL NOTES: <br /> 1. All bearings shown hereon are based on the plat' of Louisville No rth - First Fl Ii ng. <br /> 2. This symbol ® indicates a 5/8 rebar with cap stamped with boindary point number and L.S. No.2432. <br /> 3. All easements are 8' on either side of rear lot lines and 5' on either side of side lot lines <br /> unless otherwise shown and are for utility and drainage purposes. <br /> 4. All block corner radii are 15'. <br /> 5. Dimensions on corner lots are to the point of intersection of lot lines extended. <br /> 6. Tracts A & B;shal I be graded and' seeded by the developer, i n accordance vii th the pol icies of the <br /> City of Louisville and the Louisville Parks and RecFeation'Commission.
