Staff recommends approval <br />of Resolution No. 8, Series 2016. <br />Commission Questions of Staff.- None. <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />Caleb Dickinson, 721 Grant Avenue, Louisville, <br />Dickinson discusses the changes from the origi ouse to the addition. Changes are <br />discussed such as vertical wood siding, different doors, more squared molding on windows, roof <br />separation clear delineation, and metal horizontal railings. We have taken to heart the feedback <br />from the previous presentation. <br />Commission Questions of Applicant: <br />Cyndi Thomas says I appreciate you returning and presenting changes that we requested. <br />Fahey says you turned this project around quickly and met our requests. <br />Public Comment in Favor: None. <br />Public Comment Against: None. <br />Closed Public Hearing and Discussion by Commission: <br />Koertje makes a motion to approve 721 Grant Avenue, Resolution No. 08, Series 2016, a <br />resolution approving an alteration certificate for the Louisville Hospital located at 721 Grant <br />Avenue for exterior alterations and rear addition, seconded by Fahey.
