DeJong presented <br />the budget as shown in the packet. Regarding the Parking line item, Balser noted there <br />may be DRCOG funds to assist. <br />Suggested changes were as follows: <br />Change name of Parking item to Downtown Parking Feasibility Study. Change DELO <br />item to be named Gateway Grand Opening. In the line description, summarize the <br />Loftus project on what was funded. <br />How is the actual revenue trending to our forecast? DeJong noted that revenue actuals <br />have been very similar to the TIF Revenue Analysis forecasts. Asked to have TIF <br />forecast for next meeting, if time available. <br />Becker closed the public hearing. <br />Motion was made by Menaker, seconded by Lathrop to approve Resolution 16-02. <br />Motion approved unanimously. City Council will review the budget at their December 20, <br />2016 meeting. <br />Updated 2017 Fee Schedule for Light Kelly, P.C. <br />Light Kelly, PC. Asked to update their fees and the contract for 2017. Increase was <br />skipped in 2016. Fee increase from $165 to $195 per hour. <br />Motion to approve contract with Light Kelly PC. Motion approved unanimously. <br />Land Exchange with 608 Studios, LLC <br />City Council at their December 29th Meeting made no change in the parking fee in -lieu <br />amount. They did charge Staff to come back with a process to analyze what is an <br />appropriate amount for the fee. <br />DeJong presented the Council memo describing the Land Exchange <br />Hartronft said the exchange was a good idea. Maybe while the City owns the parking <br />lot, that this property be brought into the BID District boundary. <br />Downtown Parking at Grain Elevator — Erik Hartronft / Randy Caranci <br />Hartronft presented an opportunity to get additional public parking through an <br />underground parking lot at the Grain Elevator site. Could facilitate an 80 space <br />underground structure ramped behind the north commercial building. <br />Fisher left the meeting at 8:30 am. <br />Executive Session <br />
