NOTES. <br /> I. Improvement plans shall be approved by the Public Works Department prior to <br /> construction of public improvements. <br /> 2. The property owners shall maintain the landscape located within the right-of-way <br /> adjacent to-their lot. <br /> 5. Deciduous trees shall not be planted within 5 feet and coniferous trees shall <br /> not be planted within 10 feet of a public sidewalk or utility. <br /> 4.
