The ordinance will close out some <br />disagreements with Superior for 10 <br />years. This was an enormous task <br />and I want to thank them. <br /> <br />Hornbostel moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1064, Series <br />1992, at the second and final reading, seconded by Lathrop. Roll <br />call was taken. Motion passed 6-0. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1065, SERIES 1992 - RAW WATER MASTER PLAN STUDY <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1065, Series 1992, "An <br />ordinance authorizing the City of Louisville, Colorado, to enter <br />into a Raw Water Master Plan Contract with the State of Colorado, <br />Department of Natural Resources, Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works, stated that the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board has requested that the City of Louisville adopt <br />the agreement by ordinance and change the whereas, in the first <br />paragraph, to site a different body of legislature. We will be <br />getting an interest free grant for three years and a 5% loan for <br />the balance of the loan.
