Lathrop, as a Councilman from Ward 3, where most of the growth is
taking place, felt it is critical that Council address this issue.

Hornbostel felt that this is a vehicle for Council to help get
staffing by providing numbers, looking for school sites, reopening
the communication with the School District, which is vital for
Council to do planning.

Howard felt it was important to work with other communities.

Sisk stated that this is another step in Council relationships with
other municipal governments in the County.

Sisk moved that Council request the Mayor to convene a roundtable
discussion to discuss the problem with the schools, that the
roundtable discussion be formulated as soon as possible, that
Council have this at the Recreation Center at the earliest possible
date, and that it not, necessarily, be confined to one meeting.
Seconded by Hornbostel. All in favor.

ORDINANCE NO. 1070, SERIES 1992 - APPROVE A LOAN FROM THE COLORADO
WATER RESOURCESAND POWER DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY - 1STREADING - SET
PUBLIC HEARING (4/7/92)

Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1070, Series 1992, "An
Ordinance of the City of Louisville, Colorado, approving a loan
from the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority
in the principal amount of $7,500,000.00 for the purpose of
constructing, installing, and acquiring certain water facilities;
authorizing the form and execution of the loan agreement and a
special Revenue Governmental Agency Bond to evidence such loan;
pledging the net revenue of the City's water system to the
repayment of such bond; prescribing other details in connection
therewith; and declaring an emergency."

Davidson called for Council discussions or questions.

Hornbostel cited a typographical error on Page 1 concerning the
time that the meeting starts. It should be 7:00 p.m. instead of
7:30 p.m.

Hornbostel moved that Council place Ordinance 1070, Series 1992,
out for publication and that a Public Hearing be set for April 7,
1992. Seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken. Motion passed 7-0
vote.

RESOLUTION NO. 27, SERIES 1992 -AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN
(H~DEE'S RESTAURANT) - BURGER KING RESTAURANTAT LOUISVILLE PLAZA

John Franklin, Director of Community Development, explained that
this site was formerly to be Hardee's.
