As an <br />owner of Union Jack Liquor, when I <br />applied for my license seven years <br />ago, it was opposed. When we went <br />in everybody was struggling for <br />quite a long time. On the other <br />hand, when Centennial Liquor went in <br />there was no opposition. There was <br />a need and a desire for an outlet in <br />that area. That was a growing area <br />and nobody opposed it. I feel, as <br />well as several other business <br />owners here, that there is not a <br />need for another liquor store.
