Sec. 10.24.020. Penalty. <br />Any person in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of <br />$50.00. <br />Sec. 11.04.060. Municipal court complaint. <br />Any complaint filed in the municipal court shall be treated as are other actions in <br />municipal court. If the violation is established, the court can impose a sentence of up to one <br />year in jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000.00 per violation. <br />Sec. 12.04.030. Violation; penalty. <br />Any person who violates any provisions of chapters 12 04, 12.08, 12.16, 12.20 or <br />12.24 shall be guilty of a violation of such provisions, and shall be subject to the penalty <br />provided in section 1.28.010. <br />Sec. 13.04.100. Violation; penalty. <br />B Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or chapter 13.08 or <br />13.12 shall be guilty of a violation of such provisions, and shall be subject to the penalty <br />provided in section 1.28.010. <br />Sec. 13.20.020. Violation; penalty. <br />Any person who violates any of the provisions of chapters 13.20, 13.24, 13.28 or <br />13.32 shall be guilty of a violation of such provisions, and be subject to the penalty provided <br />in section 1 28.010, in addition to any penalties and remedies set forth in such chapters <br />Sec. 13.32.130. Enforcement. <br />If any person violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or any of the terms and <br />conditions of any wastewater discharge permit, the city or the public works director, as the <br />case may be, is authorized to take one or more of the following actions, as it or the director <br />deems necessary and appropriate in the circumstances: <br />A. Admanastrative fines and/or orders Notwithstanding any other section of this <br />title 13 of this Code, any industrial user who is found to have violated any provision <br />of this chapter, or permits and orders issued hereunder, and who has been served a <br />notification of violation, shall be subject to an administrative penalty in an amount <br />not to exceed $1,000 00 per violation. Each day on which noncompliance shall occur <br />or continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation. Such assessments may <br />be added to the user's next scheduled sewer service charge and the public works <br />department shall have such other collection remedies as they have to collect other <br />
