EXHIBIT A <br />1999 LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />LIST OF SUBSTANTIVE CHANGES <br />The substantive amendments set forth below have been made to the codified ordinances of the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado, as part of the 1999 codification of such ordinances and shall appear in the <br />1999 Louisville Municipal Code, published by the Municipal Code Corporation. Non -substantive <br />amendments made in connection with the 1999 codification are posted and may be reviewed at the <br />Office of the City Clerk, 749 Main Street, Louisville, CO, 80027 The substantive amendments are <br />as follows (words deleted from section are stricken through; words added to section are underlined): <br />1.04.070. Computation of time. <br />In computing any period of <br />time prescribed or allowed by this Code, the day of the act, event, or default after <br />which the designated period of time begins to run is not to be included The last day <br />of the period so computed is to be included, unless it is a Sunday ora legal holiday, <br />in which event the period runs until the end of the next day which is neither a Sunday <br />nor a holiday When the period of time prescribed or allowed is less than seven days, <br />intermediate Sundays and holidays shall be excluded in the computation. <br />1.16.060. Enforcement. <br />All action to recover any fine or to enforce any penalty or forfeiture under any <br />ordinance shall be in the corporate name of the city. All such cases shall be <br />commenced by issuance of summons and complaint of the issuance of a summons <br />after complaint or, in the case of a traffic infraction, issuance of a penalty assessment <br />notice <br />1.28.010.C.
