Carlson moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Machado seconded. All in favor. Absent: <br />Tennessen and Hervey. Consent agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />A. Public Hearing — Application for a new Hotel and Restaurant Liquor <br />License — Craft Beers R Us Inc. d/b/a Growler USA — 1071 Hwy 42 <br />Vice -Chair Lipton opened the public hearing on the hotel and restaurant liquor <br />license application. Secretary Hanson stated the application was complete and <br />included in the Authority packet. Background checks were conducted. The <br />hearing had been posted and published in accordance with state law. There was <br />no reason found to require denial of the application. <br />Vice -Chair Lipton called for any member disclosures. Authority member Watson <br />noted Growler USA was a member of the association he works for, but did not <br />feel it would impact his decisions. <br />Lipton called for any objections to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the <br />current city limits of the City of Louisville. Hearing no objections, she moved the <br />entire application be made a part of the record of this hearing. Carlson <br />seconded. All in favor. <br />Lipton called for an applicant presentation. <br />Brian Jagerson, 5512 Clover Basin Drive, Longmont, CO introduced himself to <br />the Authority, took the oath and reported he and his wife, Lenore, own the <br />business. The restaurant will serve various drinks along with the craft beers and <br />
