Davidson asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak. Rosemary Holtsclaw, RH Management, P.O. Box 3283, Littleton, CO, Manager of Coal Creek Ranch Homeowner's Association. Holtsclaw: It has come to my attention that one of the of the residents of Coal Creek Ranch has made some rather disparaging remarks concerning Coal Creek Ranch to one of the Councilmen. The resident is in violation of the Homeowner's Asso. Design Guidelines. He has refused to cure that violation and is currently in a lawsuit with the Homeowner's Association. This person is in conflict with the Sale Office at Coal Creek Ranch and has threatened a lawsuit and is no longer an approved Builder for this project. He has launched a personal vendetta against Mr. Bellock. I would suggest that his remarks regarding Coal Creek Ranch are colored by his personal problems and that credence to his remarks should be taken accordingly. JoAnne Dufty, P.O. I have one concern that the trail remain 10 ft. wide and be soft surface after it leaves the confines of the Subdivision. Concerning the temporary trail, one thing that needs to be mentioned was a discussion that I had with the Developers that the temporary easement should be given to the County or the City. The City would be most appropriate, so the Bank is not faced with liability problems with trail use until the regular trail is completed. The trail should be clearly signed that it won't be available for handicapped use until the concrete part is done, because it goes down a very steep hillside with a temporary alignment. 13
