City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 17, 2017 <br />Page 3 of 6 <br />NORTH END MARKET — GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT AND <br />FINAL PLAT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT — continued from 1/3/17 — <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1730, SERIES 2016, AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN <br />AMENDMENT TO THE NORTH END GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (GDP) TO <br />TRANSFER 17 RESIDENTIAL UNITS FROM PLANNING AREA 4 TO PLANNING <br />AREA 1 AND REDUCE THE COMMERCIAL SPACE TO 40,000 SQUARE FEET IN <br />PLANNING AREA 1 — 2nd READING —PUBLIC HEARING (advertised Daily Camera <br />12/25/16) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78, SERIES 2016 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT <br />AND FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO CONSTRUCT A MULTI -USE <br />DEVELOPMENT CONSISTING OF 38 DWELLING UNITS AND 40,000 SQUARE <br />FEET OF COMMERCIAL SPACE; BLOCK 11, NORTH END PHASE TWO <br />applicant requests a continuance to 2/7/17 <br />Director Zucarro stated the applicant has requested a continuance to the 2/7/17 meeting <br />so that all members of the development team may be in attendance <br />Attorney Light introduced the two items by title, noting this is the second reading of the <br />ordinance and public hearing Mayor Muckle opened the public hearing and <br />incorporated the comments from Director Zuccaro and City Attorney Light. <br />Councilmember Keany stated he was recently quoted in the newspaper, but noted he <br />has not made a decision on this application and his decision will be made on the <br />criteria, the information presented in the meeting materials, and the information <br />presented at the public hearing on 2/7/17. He stated he has not made up his mind and <br />he can make a fair and impartial decision on the application <br />Seeing no other Council comments Mayor Muckle made a motion to continue the <br />ordinance and public hearing to 2/7/17; Councilmember Loo seconded the motion; all in <br />favor. <br />Mayor Muckle moved to continue the resolution to 2/7/17, Councilmember Loo <br />seconded the motion; all in favor <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4, SERIES 2017 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br />LOUISVILLE HISTORICAL MUSEUM CAMPUS MASTER PLAN <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator, stated she is presenting the master plan for the <br />Council's approval The Historical Commission approved this Plan in August and it is <br />the same version that Council reviewed in September. She stated the museum is <br />already moving forward with some items from the Plan These steps have increased <br />
