some kind of conspiracy by the City
Council to delay the process
illegally.

Davidson:

This did happen six or seven years
ago. To allow the Louisville Times
to forget to publish once every six
or seven years is not too bad.

Sisk asked staff to send a letter of apology to the Developers,
because it's not the City's intent to inconvenience anyone.

Sisk moved that Council reschedule the hearing for July 8, 1992.

Kevin offered a friendly amendment to inform the Developer and the
Development community that this was an honest mistake and give our
sincere apologies.

Sisk accepted that. Seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken.
Motion passed by a 5-0 vote with Hornbostel and Lathrop being
absent.

DISCUSSION/MOTION - GARY N. DART -ANNEXATION LETTER OF INTEREST -
ENCLAVE IN T~E NORTHWEST CORNER OF ASPEN WAY AND ROOSEVELT AVENUE

John Franklin, Director of Community Development, explained that
the request is for annexation of a small piece of property,
approximately .6 of an acre located in the northwest corner of
Aspen Way and Roosevelt (north and east of Dutch Creek). Mr. Dart
has a homestead there, which he inherited. Franklin examined the
record to see if the property had been annexed and between 1982,
and 1983. The zoning maps were revised and the big bold City Limit
line was de-emphasized. However, the records do confirm that the
property was never legally annexed. This process would be needed.
It is an enclave and it's capable of being served with City
services. There would be some supplemental development and
improvement requirement should Mr. Dart wish to proceed in that
manner.

Howard:

How many houses are you planning on
building? It looks like R-E zoning.

Gary N. Dart, 349 Roosevelt, Louisville, CO.

Dart:

It'll be three houses.

Sisk:

What are you looking at as far as
lot size? You have about 26,000 sq.
ft.

Dart:

At least 7,000 sq. ft.

13
