CENTENNIAL VALLEY CENTER AMENDED PUD Proposed building uses are, but not limited to: - Retail - Medical/Professional Offices - Restaurants - Day Care Center - Car Wash/Service Center with gas - Financial Institution - Theatre - Convenience Stores Trash enclosures to be constructed of similiar materials as adjacent buildings at 6' minimum height. Handicapped access ramps to be provided near designated handicapped parking spaces and at sidewalk terminations for access throughout site. Bicycle parking with bike racks to be provided at entrances of all buildings. Location and design to be determined by architectural design requirements. Buildings to include one and two story designs with a maximum height not to exceed 32' at pa-apets or peaks and 40' at any mechanical penthouse enclosures. Building square footage: are approximate, to be determined as per specific use. Final building and projec: signage will be compatible with signage for the Cenntennial Valley Development and City of Louisville signage regulations. All signage materials to be compatible with building materials and design criteria.
