Board of Adjustment <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 21, 2016 <br />Page2of8 <br />Zuccaro verified the application to be heard this evening is complete, and posted in City Hall, <br />Public Library, Recreation Center, and the Courts and Police Building, and was mailed to <br />surrounding property owners on November 30, 2016, published in the Boulder Daily Camera on <br />December 4, 2016, and the property was posted on December 6, 2016. <br />Ewy moved and Malmquist seconded a motion that all requirements have been satisfied and <br />the application submitted by the applicants has been properly filed. Motion passed by voice <br />vote. <br />Meseck asked if anyone at the hearing had any objections to the hearing procedures he had <br />described and asked if there were any other preliminary matters that needed to be taken care <br />of. None were heard. <br />Meseck asked for disclosures from the board members fora ,: site :,, ex parte <br />communications, and any conflicts of interest or required disclosures o application. <br />Gorsevski did no site visit, had no ex parte contact, and had no conflicts of -st. <br />Malmquist did no site visit, is familiar with the property, had no ex parte contact, and had no <br />conflicts of interest. <br />Meseck did no site visit, is familiar with the property N.• n• ex parte contact, and had no <br />conflicts of interest. <br />Stuart did a site visit, had no ex parte contact, and had •nflicts of interest. <br />Ewy did a site visit, had no ex parte contact, and had no c• s of interest. <br />DeJong did no site visit, had no ex parte contact, and had no icts of interest. <br />Meseck stated that for the requested variaW to pr ive (5) of the six (6) votes would <br />need to be affirmative. <br />Meseck asked the applicants if they were reado proceed with the hearing.
