The new owners <br />have leased the basement area to Tilt Pinball and are looking for a restaurant operator <br />for the main floor. They do not have any major renovations planned outside tenant <br />improvements for the new tenants. <br />Waterloo Expansion <br />Josh Karp, owner of the Waterloo, is expanding their downtown operations into 817 <br />Main Street. Josh bought the building in 2015. The Waterloo will be making significant <br />tenant improvements to the 1St and 2nd floors to better serve their food and dining <br />operations. <br />Community Vacancy Rates <br />Xceligent, the commercial property database the City subscribes to, comprises vacancy <br />data for the Denver Metro Region. Q4 data is reported for the Boulder Area, as well as <br />the Northwest area (which covers Louisville).
