<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Special Review Use for the Fairview
<br /> :. .,j WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by the Fairview Montessori School should be approved subject to the following conditions:

<br /> .. Montessori School, represented by Shannon Ryland, a request for approval of a Special Review /.

<br /> , 1. Size of the facility shall be limited to not more than 23 students; . 1
