Date minutes were approved was incorrect; Susan will make a <br />change to the board packet. <br /> <br />Matters from Members of the Public** <br />Rick Brew noted 1.28 acres of undeveloped for possible development off South Boulder Rd and <br />Centennial and is on the market for $310,000. It is close to shopping, bus line and future <br />FasTracks. There are also many residential units near the land. <br /> <br />It is estimated 15 units could be developed on the land. The land is currently zoned commercial, <br />but could be changed by city council. There are some drainage issues that would need to be <br />looked at. Also and opportunity of shared parking. <br />
