<br />1. The home plans shown on this sheet are conceptual only. Final plans will be

<br />3. No fences, except along the side and rear lot lines, shall be permitted within the
<br />8' rear setback. Fence permits may be authorized for private patio enclosures

<br />4. No solid fences above 48" shall be allowed in the front 18' setback areas.
<br />Fencing shall be allowed above 48" up to 6' high in these setback areas if they
