Parcel B and Parcel C shall be landscaped by the developer per the Landscape Plan and <br />maintained by the Fischer Farms Homeowners Association. <br />2. Outlot 1 shall be maintained by the Fischer Farms Homeowners Association <br />3. Fencing Guidelines: <br />a) A continuous 5'-0" tall split rail fence per PUD specification (see architectural detail) shall <br />be installed by the Fischer Farms Homeowner's Association where such lot abuts Parcel A <br />and shall be maintained by the Fischer Farms Homeowners Association to sustain a <br />consistent appearance as seen from the City open space areas. <br />b) 4'-0" tall split rail fencing (see architectural detail) shall be allowed on each lot subject to <br />the following fencing setbacks; 40'-0" fencing front setback on lots 1-5 and a 45'-0 " fencing <br />front setback on lots 6-8. <br />c) Gates: Two gates are allowed for each lot and shall be constructed from rough sawn cedar <br />dimensional lumber in a manner compatible with split rail fencing.
