Design Concepts: The home site plans and elevations shown are conceptual only and are <br />intended to show the general feel, look and character and the elements of design that the <br />architect will incorporate into the homes. Final plans will be submitted prior to Building <br />Permit application. <br />2. Building Height Limit and Building Coverage: Building height shall be limited to 31'-0" <br />from average final grade around subject structure.
