7. Salaman Property (Parcel XX) <br />Property Features: Approximately 19 acres. Bordered by Davidson Mesa to the east and south. <br />Property Goals: Increase acreage of Davidson Mesa. Habitat restoration. View shed protection. <br />OSAB Recommendation: Fee simple acquisition. <br />8. Schreiter Property (Parcel MM) <br />Property Features: Approximately 73 acres. Bordered to the west by Admor Open Space and to <br />the east by Trillium Open Space. <br />Property Goals: Agricultural. Protection of view and rural character. <br />OSAB Recommendation: Fee simple acquisition. Continue to list as an OSAB top priority on the <br />annual acquisition request to Boulder County. Boulder County has stated that they will consider <br />pursuing this purchase in partnership with Louisville if the opportunity becomes available. <br />9. Centennial (Parcel WW) <br />Property Features: Approximately 19 acres. Bordered to the north by a powerline easement <br />and Davidson Mesa Open Space. <br />Property Goals: Retain the rural nature of the property. Increase Open Space acreage and trail <br />access opportunities as the surrounding area becomes more developed. <br />Supporting Parcel: If preservation of WW occurred, OSAB would support preservation of WW.1 <br />as well. Acquisition of WW.1 alone would not be recommended <br />OSAB Recommendation: OSAB recognizes that this property is zoned as "Planned Commercial" <br />and recommends preservation of contiguous acreage and potential trail connectivity to <br />Davidson Mesa through the development process. <br />10. Centennial (Parcel WW.2) <br />Property Features: Approximately 20 acres. Bordered to the north by a powerline easement <br />and Davidson Mesa Open Space. <br />Property Goals: Retain the rural nature of the property. Increase Open Space acreage and trail <br />access opportunities as the surrounding area becomes more developed. <br />OSAB Recommendation: OSAB recognizes that this property is zoned as "Planned Commercial" <br />and recommends preservation of contiguous acreage and potential trail connectivity to <br />Davidson Mesa through the Development process. <br />11. Games Property (Parcel C.1) <br />Property Features: Approximately 5 acres. Includes a stand of trees. Located east of the jointly <br />owned Warembourg Open Space and south of existing City public land. <br />Property Goals: Trail Connectivity, preserve the rural nature of the area and view corridor, <br />increase acreage of existing adjacent Open Space, preserve existing trees for wildlife habitat. <br />OSAB Recommendation: OSAB recognizes that this property is zoned as "Planned Commercial" <br />and recommends preservation of contiguous acreage and potential trail connectivity from the <br />Coal Creek Trail to Dillon road in combination with parcels C.2 and C.3. <br />
