PROPOSED TRAIL WILL CONNECT TO THE CITY'S PLANNED <br />HWY 42 UNDERPASS PROJECT, AND WILL CONTINUE WESTERLY ACROSS THE <br />SUBJECT PROPERTY, CONNECTING TO EXISTING- TRAIL ON WEST HECLA DR. <br />(WEST OF SUBJECT PROPERTY.) <br />• PIPING OF THE GOODHUE DITCH ALONG THE HWY 42 ROW, AND NEAR THE <br />SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. <br />• 8" WATER MAIN THAT CONNECTS THE TAKODA SUBDIVISION 8" MAIN TO THE <br />CHRISTOPHER PLAZA II 8" MAIN. <br />• 8" SANITARY SEWER MAIN THAT CONNECTS THE DAVIDSON HIGHLINE PUD 12" <br />MAIN AND THE CHRISTOPHER PLAZA II 8" MAIN. <br />• WEST HECLA DRIVE FROM THE DEAD END AT TAKODA SUBDIVISION TO HWY <br />42. <br />• KAYLIX AVENUE FROM THE SOUTH EDGE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO THE <br />NORTH EDGE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TERMINATING AT A TEMPORARY <br />CUL—DE—SAC. <br />• HWY 42 IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING THE SOUTHBOUND RIGHT—TURN LANE, <br />SOUTHBOUND ACCELERATION LANE, AND THE NORTHBOUND LEFT—TURN LANE. <br />• ALL ON—SITE STORM SEWER, INLETS AND PONDS. <br />PHASING NOTES : <br />1.
