None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 7, 2017 <br />Page 2 of 14 <br />Councilmember Stolzmann asked that Item C be removed and put on the end of the <br />regular agenda. Mayor Muckle moved to approve the consent agenda as amended, <br />seconded by Councilmember Stolzmann. All were in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes: February 7, 2017; February 21, 2017 <br />C. Approval of 6:00 PM Start Time for March 21, 2017 City Council <br />Meeting for an Executive Session <br />D. Approval of 2017 Fuel Purchase <br />E. Approval of Contract Between the City of Louisville and Merrick & <br />Company for the Howard Berry Water Treatment Plant Upgrades <br />Design <br />F. Approval of Consulting Services Agreement for Cost Reasonableness <br />Analysis for Coal Creek Golf Course Disaster Recovery Project <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />None. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming noted the City got six responses to the request for proposal for <br />the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the Recreation Center/Memory <br />Square Expansion. Firms will be interviewed and a contract brought back to Council for <br />consideration. An ordinance regarding the bond sale will be brought to Council for <br />consideration on March 21. Design work continues for the project and the expansion is <br />on track for completion by the fall of 2018. <br />Councilmember Loo asked if interest rates hike will affect the bond sale. City Manager <br />Fleming stated it could so staff is moving quickly to get the sale complete. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6, SERIES 2017 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MCCASLIN <br />BOULEVARD SMALL AREA PLAN — PUBLIC HEARING (advertised Daily Camera <br />2/12/17) — continued from 10/18/16, 11/1/16, 12/6/16, 1/17/17 & 2/7/17 <br />
