<br />Housing: One piece die-cast low copper aluminum in a cylindrical
<br />shape with integral cooling fins over the ernire length, and /e
<br />minimum wall thickness. One piece silicone gasket between housing
<br />and door frame concealed when fixture is closed. Concealed integral
<br />cast slip hinges with stainless steel pins.
<br />Door Frame: One piece die-cast low copper aluminum with integral
<br />cooling fins, 1/a minimum wall thickness, mates with housing to create
<br />a continuous cylindrical shape. Concealed integral cast slip hinges
<br />allow removal without tools. Stop -arm provided to limit door frame
<br />opening. She" thick clear tempered glass lens is sealed to the lens frame
<br />by a one piece silicone gasket. Door frame secures to housing by four
<br />stainless steel recessed captive alien -head screws. Four tapped and
<br />plugged holes provided for attachment of options.

<br />quick disconnecting hinge and fastener. All sockets are porcelain medium base
<br />rated 4KV. All modules are factory prewired with a quick -disconnect plug for

<br />Weds Greater Reflector Module; Specular Aizale optical segments are rigidly
<br />formed into a self-contained module which attaches to the housing by a no -tool

<br />to the tamp arc for controlling the hot spot directly behind the fixture, and spill

<br />Electrical Components: High power factor ballasts are rigidly mounted inside

<br />DOOR FRAME- Naturally anodized, extruded, aluminum door frame with
<br />mitered corners is retained with (two) .188" diameter hinge pins and

<br />proof seal between housing and door frame is accomplished with an
<br />integrally designed, extruded silicone gasket that snaps into door
<br />frame. -
<br />OPTICAL SYSTEM - Reflectors are anodized and segmented for superior
<br />uniformity and control, which allows the flexibility to mix distributions
<br />without compromising the overall lighting lob. Reflectors attach with
<br />tool -less fasteners and are rotatable and interchangeable. Three cut-
<br />off distributions available: Type 11 (Roadway), Type III (Asymmetric),
<br />Type IV (Forward Throw, Sharp Cutoff).
<br />LENS - Lens is .125" thick, impact -resistant, tempered, glass with ther-
<br />mally -applied, silk screened power door shield.
<br />ELECTRICAL SYSTEM - High reactance, high power factor ballast for
<br />100W. Constant -wattage autotransformer ballast. Removable power
<br />door and positive locking disconnect plug for 150-250W. High reac-
<br />tance, high power factor ballast for 100W. All ballasts are copper -
<br />wound and 100% factory -tested.
<br />SOCKET - Porcelain, horizontally-oriented, socket with copper alloy,
<br />nickel -plated screw shell and center contact Medium -base socket
<br />used with 100W and 150W, mogul -base socket used with 175-250W,
