<br />TREES WITHIN TEN (10) FEET OF A PUBLIC UTILITY OR SIDEWALK.
<br />4. THE PROPERTY OWNER SHALL REPLACE ALL EXISTING CURB AND GUTTER THAT HAS
<br />SETTLED OR IS OTHERWISE DAMAGED ADJACENT TO THE SITE.
<br />5. ALL CONNECTIONS TO THE EXISTING UTILITIES SHALL e.E DONE IN A MANNER TO
<br />MINIMIZE DISRUPTIONS TO EXISTING USERS.
<br />6. THAT PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS, THE APPLICANT SUBMITS A
