Fixture <br />details are indicated on Sheet E2. <br />SIGNAGE: <br />The Project proposes 1 double faced exterior lit project identification sign located as i. c ted on the Site <br />Plan. Double faced truck entry and exit signs are located as indicated on the Site Plan. Monument signs <br />shall be limited to 25 sf per face. Building mounted signage shall conform to the Industrial Development <br />Design Standards & Guidelines. <br />FUTURE TENANT FINISH: <br />Parking requirements will be reviewed during the building permit process for individual tenant finishes.
