Double <br />faced truck entry and exit signs are located as indicated on the Site Plan. Monument signs shall be limited to 25 sf per <br />face. Applicant is requesting an exception from the requirements of the Industrial Development Design Standards and <br />Guidelines requirement of 15 square feet per tenant sign, up to 40 square feet per sign. <br />FUTURE TENANT FINISH: <br />Parking requirements will be reviewed during the building permit process for individual tenant finishes.
