A Covenant Agreement holding these lots as one for drainage, zoning and building permit <br />purposes will be recorded before the owner applies for a building permit. <br />2. The ground sign, if illuminated, will be lighted by ground mounted direct lighting, with <br />ground sign copy limited to individually mounted aluminum letters indicating the <br />development name and building address. <br />3.
