<br />TO THE SITE.
<br />5. SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE EXPENSE
<br />OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS PURUANT TO A MASTER SIDEWALK
<br />PLAN (FUTURE) FOR THE CTC, APPROVED BY THE CITY.
<br />6. ALL CONNECTIONS TO THE EXISTING UTILITIES SHALL BE DONE IN
