THE FUTURE PHASE II BUILDING FOOTPRINT & SQUARE FOOTAGE ARE <br />FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY & ARE NOT FOR APPROVAL. <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR FUTURE EXPANSION MUST BE <br />APPROVED BY PLANNING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL PRIOR TO <br />ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT FOR FUTURE EXPANSION. <br />6.
