<br />b. ALL RTUs THAT ARE NOT FULLY SCREENED BY THE BUILDING PARAPET OR
<br />OTHER APPROVED BUILDING ELEMENT SHALL BE PAINTED TO MATCH THE
<br />ADJACENT EXTERIOR BUILDING WALL.
<br />c. RTUs THAT EXTEND ABOVE THE PARAPET AND ARE NOT ENTIRELY SELF-
<br />CONTAINED, 'CLEAN' BOX UNITS (AS DETERMINED BY STAFF), SHALL BE
<br />SCREENED TO THEIR FULL HEIGHT BY AN ARCHITECTURALLY INTEGRATED
<br />SCREENING MATERIAL TO BE SPECIFIED AND APPROVED ON THE PUD
<br />d. RTUs THAT EXTEND MORE THAN TWO FEET ABOVE THE PARAPET, REGARDLESS
<br />OF RTU DESIGN OR COLOR, MAY BE REQUIRED TO BE SCREENED, SUBJECT
<br />TO STAFF DETERMINATION BASED ON THE DESIGN OF THE UNIT AND THE
