<br />INTERRUPTIONS OF SERVICE IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES OR
<br />UNAVOIDABLE MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES THAT AFFECT THE SOLE

<br />2. DEVELOPEMENTS IN THE CTC ARE ON A SOLE SOURCE
<br />SUPPLY LINE FOR WATER WHICH MAY, IN THE NEAR FUTURE,

<br />6. ALL ROOFTOP MECHANICAL UNITS SHALL BE SETBACK A
<br />MINIMUM OF 20 FEET FROM THE EDGE OF THE PARAPET AND
<br />PAINTED TO MATCH THE BUILDING EXTERIOR, UNLESS SAID
<br />EQUIPMENT CAN BE SCREENED TO FULL HEIGHT BY THE
<br />PARAPET WALL. IF THE UNITS ARE NOT "CLEAN" SELF
<br />CONTAINED BOX UNITS, THEY SHALL BE SCREENED BY AN
