BRaD Committee Application
Name of Applicant: Michael B. These include:
Leveraging the opportunity created by Superior Town Center
With its 1,500 new residential units the new Town Center is a great
opportunity for Louisville. Specifically, developing plans to create a sense
of place as one crosses over the new DDI into the McCaslin ! Dillon
Corridor would distinguish us from our neighbors. With landscaping, lighting
and some streetscaping — in conjunction with targeted marketing — this new
residential neighborhood, right on our border, could help us boost and
reinvigorate the McCaslin/Dillon area from the DDI to Cherry St. And from
West along Dillon to the big boxes and East to our rebuilt and newly
refreshed Coal Creek Golf Course,
10
